Coaches Ministry

At the heart of FCA are coaches. Our role is to minister to these men and women by encouraging and equipping them to know and serve Christ. FCA ministers to coaches in the Greater Peoria Area through Bible studies, staff contacts, prayer support, discipleship and mentoring, resources, outreach events, national and local conventions, conferences, and retreats.

How do you keep a sharp edge spiritually in the midst of all the challenges and pressures that come along with coaching? One thing is for sure, it can't be done alone.

Our coaches huddles are designed for fellowship, spiritual growth, and outreach. We pray these coaches huddles will have an impact on some of our community's most influential people -- our coaches!

Bradley & ICC Coaches Huddle

The Bradley/ICC Coaches Huddle is a part of FCAIA and meets randomly throughout the school year. Contact us to be put on the contact list and we will keep you informed of our gatherings. FCAIA is a unique partnership between Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and Athletes in Action/cru (AIA) to meet the spirtual needs of student athletes, coaches and athletic staff of Peoria area college campuses. This huddle is open to all coaches/staff at Bradley University, Illinois Central College, or the college level.

Peoria Area Coaches Huddle

The Peoria Area Huddle is every Wednesday morning @ 6:45 AM and currently meets at the McDonald's on the corner of University and War Memorial. This huddle is open to all coaches in the Peoria Area. The huddle has been going through Coach Tony Dungy's book, "Quiet Strength."
