Kevin joined the FCA staff in January 2024 . Kevin is married to his wife, Rachel, and they have three children. He grew up participating in various sports but focused on football, hockey, and baseball during high school. He played football in college and continues to play hockey in an adult league. He is passionate about helping people discover their God-given potential and pursuing the path that God has for them.

Carly joined the Greater Peoria Area FCA staff in 2026 as the Administrative Assistant. She resides in Peoria, Illinois, with her two-year-old son, Abel. Carly has a heart for helping people know and trust Jesus. Having grown up playing a variety of sports—primarily competitive softball—she developed a passion for seeing athletes find their identity in Christ alone. In addition to serving with FCA, Carly works as a bridal stylist at Adore Bridal. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and making gluten free soudourgh and other baked goods.
Riley Metzger

Riley Metzger joined the Greater Peoria FCA staff on January 1, 2026. He and his wife, Caitlin, have two children and reside in the Washington area. Riley has a passion for the Gospel, sports, and youth, which makes him a great fit for FCA. In his spare time, you can catch him watching sports, cheering on the Fighting Illini, and spending time with his family.

Kyle joined FCA staff in 2019 and served in Minneapolis for seven years before moving to Peoria in June 2026. He is married to his wife, Jenn, and they have two children. Kyle grew up playing a variety of sports and went on to play football in college. He is passionate about the city of Peoria and doing life-on-life ministry with athletes and coaches
Scott Krause

Scott came on staff with FCA in 2015 after 36 years in the public school system as a teacher, coach, athletic administrator, and campus FCA huddle coach. Those experiences have served him well in ministering to coaches and developing campus huddles in the Greater Peoria Area. Scott and his wife Teresa live in Mackinaw, are parents of 3 married children, and became new grandparents in the past year. They enjoy long walks, going to games, and traveling to see their kids.

Dale Steiner joined FCA as an Ambassador in 2026 after retiring from a career in as a project manager. Dale and his wife Pam live in Washington. Dale and Pam have 3 grown daughters and 2 grandchildren. Hobbies include motorcycle riding, woodworking, and the Cubs.
